How much does a furnace replacement cost in Denver?

Low price:$6,985

Our avg price:$8,273

High price:$12,068

Why are our prices slightly higher?

We offer the very best high-efficiency furnaces because they last longer and require less energy to run, which saves our customers money and reduces Colorado's total emissions. Yes, these systems typically have a higher price tag. But the energy savings alone are worth the extra costs. In fact, we've helped Denver homeowners save more than $167 million with these high-efficiency systems to date!

Furnace installation cost factors:

System size

Furnaces are sized by how much heat they produce in one hour, which is measured in BTU output. The higher a furnace's BTU output, the more it will cost. The only way to know what size furnace you will need is to have an HVAC technician perform a heat load calculation.

The system's efficiency levels

All furnaces have an AFUE rating which tells you how efficient the system is. The higher the AFUE rating, the more the furnace will cost upfront. However, the higher the AFUE rating, the lower your monthly energy bills.

Comfort features & add-ons

Furnaces today come with a wide range of comfort features, such as modulating burners for more precise temperatures or variable blower motors for better airflow control. The more comfort features a furnace has, the more it typically costs.

Ductwork modifications

Over time, ductwork can become leaky and damaged. And sometimes, duct repairs and modifications are needed in order to ensure optimal energy savings and comfort. If ductwork modifications are needed, this will increase the overall cost of the installation project.

"Home inspector was very impressed…said it was a first-rate installation."

Crew was great!! Showed up on time and worked diligently to make sure that furnaces and air conditioners were installed and functioned properly. The home inspector was very impressed with the company's work. Said it was a first-rate installation. Referred them to a family member who was also highly satisfied with their work.
