Emily joined Cooper Heating & Cooling nearly a year ago as a Customer Service Representative (CSR). Her talent, dedication, and can-do attitude quickly stood out, leading to her promotion to Install Coordinator, where she continues to excel.
In her current role, Emily is responsible for assigning install and warranty jobs, which are critical to our operations. Her attention to detail and organizational skills ensure seamless coordination between our team and clients.
