Our whole-home repiping process

  • Schedule your free estimate

Easily schedule your free estimate online or by calling us at (720) 605-7270. We'll promptly respond to confirm a date and time for one of our plumbers to visit your home and provide a cost estimate for the job.

  • Get upfront, honest pricing

Our plumber will arrive punctually, inspect your home's pipes using a camera, and assess their overall condition. They will then determine which pipes need replacement or repair and calculate the cost of the job. After the initial diagnosis, the plumber will provide straightforward and honest pricing for the repiping work.

  • We repipe your home

Once you approve the project, we'll commence work immediately. Depending on the size of your home, an average whole-home repiping job takes approximately two days to complete. We may need to temporarily shut off your home's water supply during the project, but we'll minimize disruptions to your day as much as possible.

  • Enjoy peace of mind

We use top-quality replacement pipes designed to last for years. Additionally, we offer a one-year labor guarantee, ensuring that if any issues arise due to our work, we'll resolve them at no extra cost.

Signs your pipes need to be replaced

You may be wondering whether a whole-home repiping is truly necessary. It's something homeowners ask us all the time when repiping estimates. Do ALL of your home's pipes need to be replaced? Or can you get away with replacing only a portion of them?

To learn more, we recommend a camera inspection, which a Cooper plumber can perform at your free estimate.

If you're itching to learn more about whether a whole-home repiping is necessary, consider the following:

  • Your home is 50+ years old: In house terms, a half-century is a long time. After 50 years, the odds of purchasing new pipes rise exponentially.
  • Your pipes are corroded: If your home's pipes are corroded enough that they cannot be patched or repaired quickly, then the only thing to do is to have them replaced.
  • Your pipes have significant buildup: Rust or mineral buildup can clog pipes over time. If most of your home's pipes are severely blocked and are old, it may be time to replace them.

"Cooper came highly recommended to me, and now I know why."

From start to finish, I was so pleased with this company's professionalism. Caleb was the Project Manager and the first person I interacted with. Very professional, and responded to all my questions and any phone calls I made promptly. Cooper came highly recommended to me, and now I know why. Never a need now for me to do that trying search for a company I can have confidence in - Cooper is it!!

Whole-home repiping cost factors:

The size of your home

A larger or multi-level home will require more materials and labor for the repiping project, increasing the overall cost.

If you'd like to know the cost of your home's repiping, we can send an expert to give you a free estimate.

The number of plumbing fixtures in your home

The more plumbing fixtures you have in your home (sinks, tubs, water heaters, etc.), the higher the cost of the repiping. The labor cost of connecting your new piping to these fixtures and the cost of the materials are why prices increase.

We ensure that all your plumbing fixtures are included in our upfront price estimate, so there are no unexpected charges or hidden fees when you receive the bill.

The type of replacement pipe used

Different pipe materials come with varying costs. It's important to note that your local codes primarily dictate the type of pipe material used. Our plumbers will guide you through the available options and explain any cost differences before commencing work.
