Denver’s Expert Trenchless Mainline and Drain Repair Professionals

A damaged sewer line does not always mean digging a long trench across your yard.

Cooper Heating & Cooling provides trenchless sewer repair, sewer pipe lining, sewer camera inspections, and mainline drain repair throughout Denver and the surrounding metro area. When the pipe condition allows, trenchless methods can restore damaged sewer lines through small access points, reducing disruption to landscaping, driveways, patios, walkways, and other areas of your property.

Our plumbers begin by inspecting your sewer line and identifying the actual cause of the problem. Depending on what the inspection reveals, we may recommend hydro-jetting, sectional pipe lining, trenchless sewer lining, pipe coating, targeted repair, or traditional excavation when necessary.

You will receive clear findings, honest recommendations, and upfront pricing before repair work begins.

Trenchless Mainline Repair

Our trenchless mainline or drain repair process

  • Schedule Your Appointment

Call Cooper Heating & Cooling at (720) 605-7270 or request an appointment online. Let us know what you are experiencing, including backups, slow drains, sewage odors, yard flooding, recurring clogs, or any sewer camera findings you already have.

  • We Inspect and Diagnose the Sewer Line

A licensed plumber evaluates the affected drains, main sewer line, available access points, and symptoms. When appropriate, we use sewer camera technology to locate blockages and evaluate the visible condition of the pipe, so the diagnosis is based on what is actually happening inside your line rather than guesswork.

  • We Explain the Findings

After the inspection, we explain what we found and answer your questions in plain language. You will learn where the problem is located, what may have caused it, whether cleaning or repair is needed, whether trenchless repair is a good option for your line, whether part or all of the line is affected, and what repair choices are available to you.

  • You Receive Upfront Repair Options

We provide clear options and upfront pricing before any work begins. Our goal is not to force every sewer problem into the same solution. Instead, we recommend the repair method that best fits the condition of the line, the access to the pipe, the long-term reliability you need, and your budget.

  • We Complete the Repair & Ask for Feedback

Once you approve the work, our team completes the agreed-upon sewer cleaning or repair. Afterward, we clean the work area, explain what was completed, and share any maintenance recommendations that may help prevent future sewer problems. Your satisfaction matters to us. If something does not meet your expectations, let us know so we can make it right. Cooper Heating & Cooling backs every sewer repair with a 100% satisfaction commitment for homeowners across the Denver metro area.

Trenchless mainline and drain repair cost factors:

Diagnostic

Our initial step involves thoroughly examining your plumbing systems, including your main sewer and secondary drain lines. We charge a $119 diagnostic fee to cover our time and labor.  If the repair is relatively simple, the diagnostic fee should cover it.

Video camera inspection

To locate hidden clogs or damaged pipes, we frequently perform video camera inspections. Although this increases your initial costs, it can result in long-term savings by enabling us to determine the most efficient access method. If any issues are identified, these charges can be credited back to the repair costs.

The extent of the damage

If only a small section of your line(s) needs patching or coating, or if your drain lines merely require hydro-jetting, your costs will be lower than if the entire line needs to be replaced. The Cooper Green Team always suggests the most cost-effective solutions to try to save our customers as much as possible on their service.

Trenchless Sewer Line Repair FAQS

Trenchless sewer repair fixes or replaces a damaged sewer line with little to no digging by accessing the pipe through one or two small entry points and rehabilitating it from the inside using methods such as pipe lining, pipe coating, or hydro jetting. It restores proper flow while preserving your yard, driveway, and landscaping.

Cost depends on the length and depth of the line, the method used, and how much of the pipe is affected. A single spot repair or hydro jetting costs far less than relining a full main line. Cooper starts with a $119 diagnostic, and a video camera inspection can usually be credited back toward the repair. Because trenchless work avoids most excavation and landscaping restoration, it is frequently more affordable than traditional dig-and-replace. The most accurate figure comes from a camera inspection, and you always get upfront pricing before work begins.

Watch for recurring clogs, multiple slow drains at once, gurgling toilets, sewage odors indoors or in the yard, backups from the lowest drains, and soggy or unusually green patches along the sewer path. Any of these can signal a main line problem, and a sewer camera inspection will confirm the cause and location.

Many trenchless repairs are completed within a single day when conditions allow, compared with the several days a traditional excavation and restoration can require. The exact timeline depends on the length of the line, the method, and site access.

A properly installed cured-in-place liner is highly durable and is generally expected to last around 50 years. Because the new liner is seamless and resists root intrusion and corrosion, it often outlasts the original pipe.

For most Denver homeowners, yes. It is faster, cleaner, and far less disruptive than digging up the yard, it produces a long-lasting result, and once you account for avoided landscaping and concrete restoration it is frequently the better value overall. Whether it is the right fit for your specific line is confirmed by a camera inspection.

Yes. Traditional repair digs an open trench that can tear up lawns, driveways, patios, and walkways, then requires extensive restoration. Trenchless repair works through small access points, so most of your landscaping and hardscape stays intact.

Most lines that are damaged but still structurally intact are good candidates for trenchless repair. Traditional excavation is still the better choice for a fully collapsed line, a severely misaligned pipe, or a pipe too deteriorated to host a liner. We tell you plainly which situation you are in after the inspection.

Sewer line work often requires a permit, and requirements vary by municipality across the metro area. As licensed plumbers, we handle the permitting and code requirements for your city as part of the job.

Coverage varies by policy. Many standard policies exclude gradual wear, root intrusion, and normal deterioration, though some offer optional service line coverage. Check your policy or ask your insurer, and keep our inspection report and documentation, which can help support a claim.

Is Trenchless Sewer Repair Right for Your Home?

Trenchless repair may be a good option when:

The existing pipe has enough structure to support lining Damage is limited to cracks, corrosion, small gaps, or root intrusion The line can be reached through an existing or small access point Avoiding damage to landscaping or concrete is a priority A sectional repair can address an isolated problem The line needs restoration but not complete excavation

Excavation may be more appropriate when:

The sewer pipe is fully collapsed Sections of pipe are severely separated or offset The line has major slope or grading problems The pipe is too deteriorated to support a liner Access or property conditions prevent an effective trenchless installation A code or utility requirement calls for another repair method

The right answer starts with an accurate inspection. Cooper Heating & Cooling evaluates the sewer line before recommending lining, coating, cleaning, targeted repair, or excavation.
