Employee of the Month: Jesse Bell – March 2026
At Cooper Green Team, we believe great service starts with great people — and this month, we’re proud to recognize Jesse Bell, Journeyman Plumber, as our March 2026 Employee of the Month.
With over a decade of experience and a strong commitment to both his craft and his teammates, Jesse represents exactly what it means to be part of the Cooper team.
A Strong Foundation in the Trades
Jesse has been working as a plumber for 11 years, getting his start right after high school. Inspired by his stepfather, who was also a plumber, Jesse entered the trades early and quickly built a solid foundation of hands-on experience.
That early exposure helped shape not only his technical skills but also his work ethic and dedication to the profession.
Joining the Cooper Green Team
Jesse joined Cooper Green Team in January 2025 after being recruited by a former coworker. Having worked together at another plumbing company, his friend knew Jesse would be a great fit — and that’s exactly how it turned out.
Since joining the team, Jesse has made an immediate impact with his professionalism, knowledge, and team-first mindset.
A Team Player and Trusted Leader
Jesse’s manager had this to say:
“Jesse’s professionalism and customer service expertise have made him invaluable to the plumbing team. He helps train new apprentices and advises newer leads. His willingness to learn about boilers is creating more opportunities for the department. His use of the ServiceMVP system has helped increase revenue for both him and the plumbing department.”
Beyond his technical skills, Jesse stands out for how he supports those around him. Whether he’s mentoring apprentices or helping newer team members grow, he consistently contributes to a stronger, more capable team.
