Erik’s Journey in the HVAC Industry

Erik’s HVAC career began in the summer of 2019 when he was introduced to the field while working at a warehouse. Inspired by what he saw, he pursued his education at Lincoln Tech, graduating with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the industry. In the spring of 2020, Erik joined Cooper Heating & Cooling as a maintenance technician, and he hasn’t looked back since!

Why Erik Loves His Work

Erik thrives in his role because he is passionate about helping customers, problem-solving, and working with machines. His enthusiasm for the industry and ability to tackle complex challenges make him an invaluable team member.

Beyond the technical side of his work, Erik appreciates the family-oriented culture at Cooper. He values the support from his fellow team members and the camaraderie that makes every day on the job enjoyable.
