July Employee of the Month: Mick Prozinski

This month, we’re proud to recognize Mick Prozinski as Cooper Heating & Cooling’s Employee of the Month!

Mick has been a part of the Cooper Green Team for over nine years, starting his journey in Marketing, where he played a key role in building the Costco partnership. After just one year of success, he made the leap to Sales, where he found his true calling as a Comfort Advisor.

If you’ve heard of ​“The Mick Experience,” you already know — Mick is known for delivering thoughtful, in-home consultations that help homeowners find the most efficient and effective HVAC solutions for their homes. His approach is all about listening, guiding, and finding the best fit—a natural outcome of his people-first mindset.

“I love working with people,” Mick says. ​“Cooper always attracts great people; they just do. Some of my favorite people in the world I’ve met while working here. It’s been a great place to work and grow.”

His supervisor couldn’t agree more:

Outside of work, Mick’s life is just as inspiring. He’s traveled to over 42 countries, enjoys scuba diving, gardening, and spending time with his wife and their cat—Toast.
