A Legacy of Leadership and Growth
Luke’s career with Cooper Heating & Cooling began in 2007 as a hydraulic technician and installation apprentice. Over the years, he rose through the ranks, serving as Install Manager (2011 – 2016) and Vice President of Operations (2016 – 2019) before becoming CEO and owner in 2019. Under his leadership, the company has grown tremendously — doubling revenue from $20 million to $40 million over five years.
What sets Luke apart is his people-first leadership style. He believes in building strong teams and empowering individuals to perform at their highest level. His collaborative, transparent approach creates a supportive work environment, which has become a core part of the Cooper Green Team’s culture.
From Army Values to Industry Excellence
Before entering the HVAC world, Luke served in the U.S. Army from 2003 to 2007, achieving the rank of E‑4 Specialist as an infantry soldier. The discipline, resilience, and dedication he developed during his service laid a strong foundation for his professional success.
As a third-generation HVAC professional, Luke has continued his family legacy while putting his stamp on the business — championing energy efficiency, cutting-edge home solutions, and customer education around electrification and innovative energy use.

Beyond leading Cooper Heating & Cooling, Luke is passionate about giving back. He is a proud Children’s Hospital Colorado partner who supports community-driven programs like Lennox Feel the Love.
