May Employee of the Month: John Nash
We’re proud to celebrate John Nash as our May Employee of the Month!
John joined the Cooper Green Team as a Maintenance Technician in March, following his graduation from Lincoln Tech, and he’s already making waves.
From the start, John stood out for his positive attitude, professionalism, and dedication to learning the HVAC trade. Originally from Colorado, John chose the trades over traditional college because he wanted to build a hands-on, long-term career. He’s especially drawn to residential service, where he enjoys connecting with customers and helping make their homes more comfortable.
John is already doing a great job,” says his supervisor. “He’s been consistent with presenting options, and we’ve had a few customers call in specifically to compliment his customer service. For someone new to the trade, he’s standing out early, and I want to make sure we recognize that and keep him motivated.
At Cooper, John appreciates the ongoing education and leadership support that help him continue to grow as a technician. When he’s not working hard in the field, you’ll find him rock climbing, hiking, or doing just about anything that lets him enjoy his home state of Colorado.
