Alejandro Luna, an HVAC Maintenance Technician at Cooper Heating & Cooling, has been named our November Employee of the Month. Although Alejandro has been with the Cooper Green Team for only 6 months, his impact on our customers, team, and service department has been remarkable.
Alejandro brings two years of experience in the HVAC industry. He began his career in ductwork before continuing his education at Johnstone, where he transitioned into HVAC service. Born and raised in Denver, he chose to join Cooper Heating & Cooling because of our trusted reputation and long-standing commitment to quality service across Colorado’s Front Range.
A Strong Cultural Fit and a Team Player
Alejandro says he enjoys working at Cooper because of the family feel, the supportive environment, and the way everyone — from technicians to leadership — works together. He exemplifies the culture we strive to build: teamwork, mutual respect, growth, and delivering the best possible service to Colorado homeowners.
When he’s not performing maintenance visits or helping customers save energy, Alejandro enjoys spending time with his daughter, hiking Colorado’s beautiful trails, and cheering on the Denver Broncos with friends and family.
